ALL COMPETITORS MUST SUBMIT WITH THEIR ENTRY CURRENT PROOF (WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE FIRST DAY YOUR HORSE ENTERS THE COMPETITION GROUNDS) OF EQUINE INFLUENZA AND RHINOPNEUMONITIS VACCINATION FOR ALL HORSES. A CURRENT COGGINS WITHIN 12 MONTHS MUST ALSO BE SUBMITTED. IT IS THE POLICY OF HIPICO THAT A VALID HEALTH CERTIFICATE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ENTRANCE TO SHOW GROUNDS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ENTRY TO GROUNDS.
