Competitor to provide flu/rhino vaccination proof – must be within 6 months of arrival on show grounds. All horses showing or non-showing are required to have a health certificate (certificate of veterinary inspection) with the inspection date within 21 days of the horse(s) arrival on the show grounds. Note: This is considered two shows - please fill out an entry blank for each day (show). If you are showing in both shows, pay the office fee and USEF drug/admin fee and any other applicable USEF and USDF fees (non member, discipline, etc) on each entry blank.
