all horses must have a health certificate (CVI) with an inspection date within 21 days of arrival on show grounds with a statement that says the horse(s) have not been treated for an elevated temperature or any issues related to herd health in the last 30 days.

Note: This is considered two shows - please fill out an entry blank for each day (show). If you are showing in both shows, pay the office fee and USEF drug/admin fee and any other applicable USEF and USDF fees (non member, discipline, etc) on each entry blank.
