NO MORE - ABSOLUTELY NO MORE - ENTRIES ARE BEING TAKEN FOR THE SHOW (NO EXCEPTIONS)!!

1) This is considered one show - please fill out one entry blank, one office fee, one USEF fee for all 4 days.

2) There is a dinner Saturday night. The cost is $30. (NOTE NEW REDUCED PRICE!) Please purchase your ticket by Wednesday, October 25. Tickets will NOT be for sale at the show.

3) If you are riding in a freestyle in the OPEN show, include a copy of the highest test of the level or you will be charged an incomplete fee.

4) Sign ALL 3 (or 4 if Coach is applicable) signature spaces on the back of the entry blank. The trainer is defined as the person responsible for the horse at the show. Any missing signature spaces will cause an incomplete fee.

5) Express Check In will be used at this show. If your entry was "Perfect", it will be available at a table outside the office with a thank you from us! So send in a "Perfect" entry!!

6) Since this is considered one show, only one 2012 qualifying score can be obtained (no matter how many times you ride in that class!)
