Entries closed on Saturday and Sunday!! Late entries excepted on Thurs and Friday.
Barn 1 is the CDI barn with secure stabling. All horses in the CDI barn will be expected to produce the appropriate paperwork at the vet inspection on Thursday. If you are a CDI* exhibitor, please verify that you have paid the IHP fee on each entry and have a FEI Horse and FEI Rider and Passport (national or FEI) in place to compete. These requirements are mandatory and any omissions WILL PREVENT you from competing.
Note from KHP on Early Arrivals: KHP will not be able to accept horses on Monday, May 24 until after 6 pm. To accommodate Monday arrivals (limited number only) I will need to know their stabling assignments by Sunday to ensure those stalls are cleaned first. There will be an additional $50 fee for Monday arrivals. In addition, the KDA contract does not begin until Wednesday and therefore no riding is available on grounds until that date due to insurance reasons. Early arrival would be for stabling only or competitors may rent a paddock from Dever’s for turn-out. Competitors must ship-out the Monday morning following the event by 8:00 am or must have prior approval if they choose to depart at a later time. The mistake is on page 11 of http://www.showsecretary.com/2010PL/2010kda.pdf , near the bottom of the page. "Piro" (Piroplasmosis/T. equigenitalis) should read "Piro" (Piroplasmosis/T. equi) T. equigenitalis is CEM (Contagious Equine Metritis), we currently do not require testing for this disease for entry into KY. Thank you and please contact me should you have any questions.
