Refund Policy: BEFORE closing date - Full refund less office fee. AFTER closing date - No refund. * All
horses must have a stall; no showing from horse trailers. 10 x 10 permanent stalls. First bedding (straw) included. Shavings are NOT permitted. Stabling requests will be honored when
possible. All horses must wear their bridle number when not in their stalls. ** Great
American/USDF Qualifying
classes will not require a separate ride.
An exhibitor wishing to qualify will enter the appropriate test as Open,
Amateur, or Junior/ Young Rider and pay an additional $10.00 fee to have the
ride recorded as a qualifying ride. Exhibitors entering Great American/USDF Qualifying
Classes must provide the show secretary with proof of membership or
registration in USEF and USDF for
horse, rider, owner and trainer. Entries must be filled out in their entirety. Separate entry required for Mid-Ohio Classic I and Mid-Ohio Classic II. Entries will be accepted in the order
received. Once the competition is filled a waiting list will be
established. All fees are due payable
in US Funds. Signatures are required for owner, rider, and trainer on all
entries. Management reserves the right
to combine, cancel, or split classes as needed, and limit entries and classes

by fax only with valid VISA or MasterCard when faxed to 810/958-0322. An $8.00 charge will be applied to the
entry. Please send along with entry: 1. A copy of USEF Membership cards of rider, owner, and trainer. 2. Legible copy of negative coggins dated within 12 months of show. Out of state horses must have negative coggins dated within 6 months of show and a health certificate. Awards - Trophy and ribbons
to sixth place. Chuck Grant Perpetual Trophy - awarded to the horse/rider combination
with the highest average of scores at the FEI level. Championships - Training thru Fourth level. Highest percentage score
over all three days for each division.(Open, A/A, Jr/Yg) Arenas - Sand
competition and warm-up arena. Extensive grass warm-up. Test so approved by
USEF may be held in the small arena. Lunging
in designated area only. Times - Ride
times will be mailed, faxed or emailed approximately 10 days before the show to
all competitors and will be available online at www.showsecretary.com. Free Styles - In
order to enter a freestyle class at any USEF level, a horse/rider combination
must have competed in the highest test of the declared freestyle level or any
test of a higher level at an USEF recognized show. A photocopy of the test verifying
eligibility must be submitted with the entry for a freestyle class. Cassettes must be clearly labeled with entry name and number, cued,
ready to go, and presented to the show secretary at least one hour prior to the

- Food on grounds, hot and cold meals. Dogs must be leashed and attached
to a responsible adult at all times.
Non-competing horses are
welcome, however, must have an entry form with all release signatures, a
current coggins and pay all applicable
fees.
Directions -
From the south - from US 23 exit at S. Sandusky St. or
Williams St, go north on Sandusky to Pennsylvania Ave. Turn
Left. From the North - From US 23 exit at Sandusky St. and turn right onto Pennsylvania Ave. Fairgrounds is on the North side of Pennsylvania Ave. |
